3. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and useful.

However, website content may change over time and may not always reflect the latest availability, pricing, service scope or technical information.

Information on this website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service, feature, result or outcome will be available.

4. Service Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through the website does not automatically create a contract between you and Jiblotech.

A project begins only after the relevant scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines and other applicable terms have been agreed.

5. Project Agreements

For individual projects, Jiblotech may provide a proposal, quotation, statement of work, agreement or other project documentation.

Where a separate written agreement exists, the specific project agreement will govern the applicable project terms.

6. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may apply only to the specific offer or service described.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium software, paid advertising budgets, third-party subscriptions or other external services may be charged separately.

Any applicable taxes, payment processing fees or other charges will be communicated where relevant.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing information, materials, access credentials and approvals reasonably required to complete their project.

Clients must ensure that materials they provide to Jiblotech do not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, content or access may affect project timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Jiblotech retains rights to its pre-existing tools, code libraries, processes, systems, frameworks and reusable components.
  • Client-owned materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
  • Project-specific deliverables and ownership rights will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers, APIs, analytics services, advertising platforms, plugins or other external technologies.

Jiblotech is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, pricing changes or failures caused by third-party providers.

10. Website Management

Website management services may include monitoring, updates, fixes, technical maintenance, troubleshooting and other agreed activities.

The exact scope of ongoing management depends on the applicable service arrangement.

Website management does not guarantee that a website will never experience downtime, security incidents, compatibility issues or other technical problems.

11. SEO and Digital Marketing

SEO and digital marketing services involve factors that may be outside Jiblotech’s control, including search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, competition, market conditions and third-party systems.

Jiblotech does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, advertising results, leads, sales or revenue unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

12. Availability and Warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jiblotech does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jiblotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of this website or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Specific project liability and remedies may be governed by the applicable project agreement.

14. Links to Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites.

Jiblotech does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content or policies.

15. Reviews and User Submissions

If you submit a review or other material to Jiblotech, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.

Jiblotech may review submissions before publication and may decline, edit for reasonable presentation purposes, or remove submissions that are misleading, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate subject to applicable law.

Developer Protection / Client Responsibility and Lawful Use

Client Responsibility and Lawful Use

The Client is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of the business, products, services, content, claims, offers, transactions and other activities conducted through or represented by the website or digital system.

Jiblotech provides website development, technical implementation and related digital services based on the information, instructions and materials supplied by the Client. Jiblotech does not control the Client’s business operations, transactions, customers, products, services or subsequent use of the website.

The Client agrees not to use the website or any digital system developed by Jiblotech for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or abusive activities, including impersonation, phishing, unauthorized financial activities, money laundering or other activities prohibited by applicable law.

Jiblotech does not endorse, participate in, or assume responsibility for the Client’s business activities or representations merely by providing technical or development services.

The Client is responsible for obtaining any licences, registrations, approvals, permits or regulatory authorizations required for its business and for ensuring that its content, products, services and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Where Jiblotech becomes aware of a material unlawful use of a website or system that it manages or maintains, Jiblotech may suspend or terminate the affected technical services where reasonably appropriate and may preserve or provide relevant records where required by law.

Post-Handover Responsibility

After a website or digital system has been delivered and accepted by the Client, the Client is responsible for changes, content, integrations, configurations and modifications made by the Client or by third parties not authorized by Jiblotech.

Jiblotech shall not be responsible for problems, claims, losses or unlawful activities resulting from modifications, integrations, content or uses introduced after handover that were not performed or authorized by Jiblotech.

Important point

I would not put something like “Jiblotech is not responsible for anything the client does” and assume that completely protects you. A contract clause helps establish the parties’ responsibilities, but it doesn’t automatically eliminate liability that the law may impose.

For actual client projects, the strongest setup is:

Proposal/Contract → Client accepts responsibility → Development → Handover documented → Client controls the site → Subsequent changes documented.

And keep the handover email/record showing exactly what was delivered and when.

For the public Terms & Conditions, I’d use the first two sections. For your project agreement, I’d use a more detailed version with acceptance, handover, third-party modifications, indemnity, suspension/termination, and cooperation with lawful investigations. A lawyer should review the final contract for the jurisdictions you serve.
